Important Information:
- Bike Options: Choose from e-bikes, standard bikes, and kids' bikes for 2-hour, 4-hour, or all-day rental periods.
- Helmets Included: Every rental comes with a helmet at no additional cost.
- Extras Available: Add trailers, baby seats, locks, and gel seat covers to your booking. After selecting your date and bike type, you’ll be directed to a screen where you can add these items to your hire.
- Prebooking Required: A 24-hour notice is required for all bike hire reservations at Carriage Cafe. Rentals are available five days a week, excluding Mondays and Wednesdays.
Additional Notes:
- Rider Details: Bikes are assigned based on the rider’s details provided during booking. Please ensure height information is accurate for the best fit.
- Cancellations or Postponements: If you need to cancel or postpone due to illness or weather, a credit valid for six months will be issued. You can reschedule for a convenient date.
- Return Policy: All bikes must be returned by 4 PM daily or earlier if your rental period ends sooner unless prior arrangements are made.
- Multi-Day Rentals: Negotiable rates are available for rentals extending beyond a single day. For more information, call 0410 410 853.
Walk-Ins and Other Locations:
- Warburton Location: Walk-ins are welcome at our Warburton location during business hours. However, prebooking is highly recommended, especially on weekends and public holidays. Click here to book online for our Warburton location.
