EXCHANGE/RETURNS/REFUND POLICY

 At Cog Bikes Australia, we encourage you to choose carefully as we do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind.

• We provide a 14-day replacement warranty from the date you receive your product.
• If your product is faulty, we will replace it with an identical item.
• If an identical replacement is unavailable, you may choose another item of equal value or opt for a refund for the total value of the faulty product.

If your product is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty outside of the 14-day period, we are happy to lodge a warranty claim on your behalf to ensure you receive the appropriate support.
