EXCHANGE/RETURNS/REFUND POLICY

Please choose carefully before you buy. There is no exchange/refund for change of mind.

For faulty products, Cog Bikes Australia offer a 14 day replacement warranty from the date you receive the product.   If a product is faulty, it will be replaced with an identical product.  If it can not be replaced with an identical product, you are able to choose another item of the same value or provide you with a refund for the total value of the faulty product.

Note, if a manufacturers warranty applies outside of this timeframe, we will lodge a warranty claim on your behalf.
