• Rental Start Time: Your rental period begins at the start time you select. If you're travelling on Puffing Billy from Belgrave, the train typically arrives at Lakeside Station about one hour after departure.

• Helmets Included: Every bike rental comes with a helmet at no extra charge.

• Bike Preferences: The bike you receive may differ from the image shown during booking.

• Additional Equipment: Please note that trailers, baby seats, locks, and gel seat covers are not available at this location.

• Rider Details: Bikes are allocated based on the rider's details provided during booking. Please ensure accurate height information for the best fit.

• Cancellations or Postponements: If illness or weather affects your plans, we offer a credit valid for six months. You can reschedule your booking for a convenient date.

• Return Policy: All bikes must be returned by the close of business on your rental day or earlier, depending on your rental duration.
